The primary objective of this M&E Plan sets out systematic project management processes about project performance measurement, documentation, data management, data reporting, and results sharing with all stakeholders. Road Development Agency received a loan from the Africa Development Bank to implement the Mwami-Mchinji OSBP Project in the Eastern Province of Zambia at the border with Malawi. The Mwami-Mchinji OSBP project falls under the first objective of the Nacala Road Corridor Development Project - Phase IV which is to facilitate trade activities for both public and private sectors of the two governments (Zambia and Malawi), together with neighbouring countries.
